The Thin Film Sensor Research Lab is established to advance innovation in sensor technology through research, industry collaboration, and hands-on training for students and faculty.

Develop and characterise advanced thin film–based sensors for diverse applications.

Promote research, innovation, and skill development in thin film materials and sensor technology.

Provide state-of-the-art facilities for fabrication, testing, and analysis of thin film devices.

Offer research facilities and training for students, researchers, and faculty in sensor technology.

Collaborate with industries and research organisations for real-time sensing solutions.

Support product development, testing, and technology transfer in sensor applications.

Provide consultancy services in thin film deposition, characterisation, and sensor development.

Full facilities for depositing and characterising thin film materials using sputtering, e-beam evaporation, and spin coating.

Dedicated support for sensor design, fabrication workflows, and rigorous performance evaluation.

Enables UG, PG, and PhD student projects with access to advanced instruments and expert mentorship.
